Refund policy

Item(s) purchased from Smash Court must be returned in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) and receive a refund please email returns@smashcourtpb.com within 14 days of purchase with the items you wish to return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization which you will need to print out and send back with the items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. This could make our bots and aliens sad, but we totally understand.
